This book began as a collection of poems about Georgia but has become a celebration of the transformative power of poetry itself.
The Georgia we witness through these extraordinary poems is a state of dazzled grace.
Edited by Carey Scott Wilkerson and Melissa Dickson, the 270 page volume features more than 140 celebrated poets including Natasha Trethewey, Jimmy Carter, Janisse Ray, Alice Friman, Lissa Kiernan, Jericho Brown, Kevin Young, Judson Mitcham, Keetje Kuipers, Beth Gylys and more.
