Please consider joining us Monday evening November 7th at 6pm at Underground Books for an reading and book signing with NY Times best-selling author Robert Hicks. 

Hicks will read from his newly released book The Orphan Mother, and will discuss his writing, answer questions, and sign books. A “master storyteller” (SF Chronicle), Hicks’ historical novels ponder “life’s greatest questions… in the complex, turbulent South following the Civil War.” (Atlanta Journal Constitution) 

Copies of Orphan Mother as well as Hicks’ previous books (Widow of the South, A Separate Country) will be available for sale at the event.
