Underground Books has been a long time supporter of local nonprofit arts & environmental organization SCRAP Bin. Their 3rd Annual Collage & Paper Arts Festival returns again this year on Saturday January 30th at the Carroll County Ag Center on Newnan Rd. from 10am to 3pm. 

About the Event:

Bring the whole family or drop-in yourself to make your own art at this five hour long "open-house-style" collage and paper art-making extravaganza. Attending participants can make their own collage art project from an abundance of free materials provided, with help available from artist-volunteers. Premium supplies will be available for a small donation. Pieces produced during the event can be taken home by participants.

Demonstrations by professional artists will also be scheduled throughout the day. Local bands will provide live music. Baked goods and finger foods will be available for donations . There will also be a silent auction of area artists' work to raise funds for SCRAP Bin. 

Admission is free, but a $1 donation per participant is welcome.
