Please consider participating in local nonprofit SCRAP Bin's 2nd annual Collage & Paper Arts Festival. After a successful first year at the Cultural Arts Center, this year the event has moved to the Ag Center to have more room for an even bigger event. This event is also a fundraiser for SCRAP Bin, which is celebrating 5 years of serving west Georgia's teachers, artists, and community members with quality arts & environmental education programming.
