Rubbing is particularly heavy at corners and edges, with outer paper covering almost completely worn away. Toning to edges of text block. Pages are clean and unmarked. Hinges feel tender, however, binding remains sound. An admittedly worn, but overall solid copy of this tragic love story set in ancient Alexandria. Good. Item #9951
