Bengt Hultqvist (1927-2019) was a Swedish space physicist. He served as the first director of the Kiruna Geophysical Observatory and later the director of the Institute of Space Physics (IRF) in Kiruna, Sweden. As a leading figure in Swedish space exploration, Hultqvist was a pioneer in the development of the Viking project, Sweden's first satellite. Good. Item #9933
