Heavy wear to binding, with loss to tail of spine, heavy edgewear, chipping to title labels, soiling, corners turned in, and "Foster and Butler" inked to boards. Small tear to top corner of front free endpaper and hole-punch to title page. Binding is firm and sound. Pages are clean and unmarked. A worn, but solid collection of expressions, with corresponding citations, ruled upon and construed by the Supreme Court, as reported in 100 volumes of the Georgia Reports. Good. Item #3670
