Rather heavy edgewear to bindings, with tears to paper at extremities, tears to heads of spines, and spots of heavy rubbing. Front hinge cracking to Part One and tender to Part Two; bindings remain sound. Pages are clean and unmarked. A solid and quite handsome set of this auction catalogs from the collection of Walter P. Chrysler, Jr. Part One includes British, Dutch and other old master paintings, Chelsea, Worcester and other old porcelains, Aubusson and needlepoint carpets, table glass, porcelains and silver, linens and laces with the auction sale occurring on April 29th and 30th of 1960.
