Age-toning to edges of text block and to pages throughout. Very occasional inked underlining and notation to pages. Notation does not obscure text. Dog-earring to several pages. Hinges are cracked with connected mesh visible. However, binding remains quite firm and sound. An overall quite presentable 1887 printing of this philosophical tome by French theologian E. de Pressense.
