Dust-spotting to edges of text block. Toning to endpapers and to some pages throughout. 1" closed tear to top edge of front endpaper. Pages are free of marks and notation. Hinges are very tender, but binding remains sound. An overall quite charming first edition of this 1905 work on home nursing, motherhood, and the care of children, illustrated in a color frontispiece by W. T. Smedley and in many figures throughout, by Harriets Forbes and Merrill Johnson. Very good. Item #14582
