D., pictured on page 9 of the book, and a negative of the Academy of Medicine, pictured on the page preceding the dedication page. 12" X 9 1/4". 140pp. Moderate wear to unclipped dust jacket with somewhat heavy rubbing and creasing to covers and small open tears to extremities. Bound in full brown faux leather over boards with spine and upper board lettered in gilt. Gentle wear to extremities. Pages are clean and unmarked. Binding is firm and sound.
