A book of the eulogies delivered at the funeral services of Andrew Goodman, August 9, 1964, at the Meeting House of the Society for Ethical Culture.
Andrew Goodman (1943 – 1964) was an American civil rights worker. In 1964, Goodman and two of his fellow Civil Rights Movement workers (James Chaney and Michael Schwerner) were killed in Mississippi by members of the Ku Klux Klan. Their deaths would go on to play a role in the passing of the 1965 Voting Rights Act. Very good. Item #9003
