Pictorial cloth over boards, with spine lettered in black and upper board in red. Only light shelfwear to binding. Rear hinge tender. Binding remains sound. Occasional spot of smudging to pages, else unmarked. Several newspaper clippings of recipes laid in to pages throughout. A presentable first printing, in admittedly worn but present dust jacket, of this cookbook by Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings (1896–1953), the author of Cross Creek and The Yearling, illustrated by Robert Camp.
