Rear hinge cracked, with webbing visible; binding remains quite firm and sound. Pages are clean and unmarked. An overall solid copy of this account by Yonan H. Shahbaz of the massacre of Christians in Persia during the Assyrian genocide of the WWI years, illustrated in frontispiece and eleven monochrome plates from photographs, lacking the double-page map of Northwestern Persia.
