-Ivan Tors' Daktari, Judy and the Kitten by Jean Fiedler : 1969, Whitman, good, small children's book illustrated by Larry Harris

-The Basic Book of the Cat by William H.A. Carr : 1971, Gramercy Publishing, very good overall with dust jacket in protective archival sleeve.
-Pictorial Anatomy of the Cat by Stephen G. Gilbert : 1977, Univ. of Washington Press, heavily annotated, highlighted, and worn copy of this guide to feline anatomy, including several adorable notes such as "kitty toes" pointing at the feline skeleton's feet, among others. This copy was obviously owner previously by someone taking their veterenarian studies quite seriously as there are notes and writing on almost every page. 0295978678
