Previous owner's inscriptions to front pastedown and title. Hinges tender. Binding remains sound. Occasional pencilled mark to age-toned pages, else unmarked. An admittedly well-worn but still solid and complete WWI-era introductory French book for the use of Americans. Good. Item #5904
