Tan cloth over boards, with upper board stamped in brown with Hardy Boys silhouette and upper board and spine lettered in brown. Mild wear to binding, with light scattered rubbing and gentle bumping to head and tail of spine. Dark blue topstain. Orange pictorial endpapers. Wartime age-toned papers. Binding is firm and sound. Pages are unmarked. A worn but still charming 1940s copy in dust jacket of the seventeenth Hardy Boys mystery. Very good / fair. Item #3707
