Heavy rubbing to matching slipcase, brown paper over boards with flaking orange leather at inner edges. Brown paper over boards with spine backed in orange leather and lettered in gilt. Rubbing and flaking to leather at spine, with small tears. Rear hinge cracked at limitation page, with text block attached only at front hinge. Gift inscription to front pastedown. Pages are clean and bright. An admittedly worn but still striking copy of this limited edition facsimile of William Blake's Songs of Innocence, printed on Arches pure rag paper made to match the paper used by the author, each page watermarked with his monogram.
