Rather heavy wear to embossed paper wraps with spine backed in gray cloth and lettered in black. Boylston Figure 98 Valve stamped in dark red to upper wrap. Creasing, scattered rubbing, and soiing to wraps, with tears, fraying, and creasing to cloth backing spine. 1" round open tear with dampstains to rear wrap. Text block starting to separate at several pages. Pages musty, but unmarked. A worn but solid copy of this scarce trade catalog, illustrated on nearly every page. Founed in 1888 and based in Chicago, Boylston Steam (Twenty-First Century) continues to manufacture steam valves. E. W. Klein has supplied the Southeast with industrial equipment from its homebase in Atlanta since 1921.
