Previous owner's name, dated 1925, to front pastedown. Binding is sound. Pages are clean and unmarked. Toning and newspaper remnants to rear endpapers, with bookseller label. A solid first edition copy of three tales of Orvieto, Umbria, including Romoletto, Humillimus, and Lygdus, by Wilfranc Hubbard, a book of "rare charm" (August 28, 1925 review in The Spectator). Good.
