Written between 1776 and 1778, Reveries of a Solitary Walker is an unfinished book by Genevan philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau. It is part autobiography, part philosophical thought, and part descriptions of the sights (particularly the plants) Rousseau observed on his walks on the outskirts of Paris. The work has been described as the most beautiful book composed by Rousseau. Good. Item #10134
